Magnite is a leading technology company in the field of digital advertising and programmatic advertising solutions. Formerly known as Rubicon Project, Magnite specialises in helping publishers and advertisers buy and sell digital advertising inventory more efficiently and effectively. They provide a platform that enables the automation of ad buying and selling processes, making it easier for businesses to reach their target audiences online.
In collaboration with Somerville Contractors, we had the privilege of transforming the new Magnite office in Belfast city centre into a modern, functional, and engaging workspace. This project involved a range of fitout and furniture works to create an environment that promotes productivity, collaboration, and employee well-being.
We installed a total of 80 workstations in the open-plan workspace, providing employees with dedicated areas for their tasks. The workspace included strategically placed pods designed for collaboration and individual quiet zones. These spaces were ideal for online client meetings and phone calls, ensuring that employees could work efficiently without disruption.
We designed and installed a variety of canteen seating arrangements, offering employees a comfortable space to relax, enjoy soft seating, and engage in recreational activities such as pool and ping pong. Equipped with tables featuring power modules, our meeting rooms allowed members to connect wirelessly for seamless presentations and discussions. Acoustic wall boards were installed to control sound levels, ensuring productive meetings.
To create a sustainable and natural atmosphere, we incorporated a beautiful range of faux foliage throughout the reception area and open-plan workspace. This not only added aesthetic appeal but also contributed to a healthier work environment. We furnished a dedicated wellbeing room, providing employees with a private space to relax and rejuvenate. This room was designed to prioritise the mental and physical well-being of Magnite's team members, allowing them to lock the door and unwind as needed.
The completion of this project signifies a successful collaboration between our team, Somerville Contractors, and Magnite, resulting in a modern, functional, and employee-centric office space in the heart of Belfast city centre. It reflects Magnite's commitment to providing an exceptional work environment that fosters productivity, creativity, and employee satisfaction.
