The Challenge
The challenge was to create a modern, people-focused environment that supported collaboration, innovation and wellbeing while remaining practical for a busy, operational business. Offices, meeting rooms, shared spaces, the canteen and reception areas all needed to feel brighter, more welcoming and better aligned with Eakin’s culture, values and future ambitions.
Working within a live operational site added further complexity, requiring careful planning, flexibility and minimal disruption throughout the project.
Our Solution
Working closely with the Eakin team, LWS developed a workplace design centred around the needs of the people using the space. Through detailed consultation, space planning and realistic 3D visualisations, we helped bring the vision to life before installation began.
Throughout the project, our team remained solutions-focused, adapting to challenges on a busy operational site while ensuring the finished environment remained true to the original vision.

Bespoke features, including the reception desk and coffee dock, have become standout design elements that reinforce the company’s brand while creating memorable first impressions.
