With their team continuing to grow, Cransford Health Insurance relocated to a new, larger office space overlooking the River Lagan. The move was an opportunity to create a modern, collaborative workplace that could comfortably accommodate their expanding team while reflecting their professional brand.
The Challenge
The goal was to design an open-plan office that encouraged communication and collaboration, while also providing areas for private discussions and individual focus. The new layout had to balance functionality, comfort, and aesthetics, making the most of the bright, airy space and its impressive views.
Our Solution
Following a confirmed floor plan, we implemented a thoughtful space planning approach to maximise efficiency and flow. We supplied a carefully selected range of furniture, including ergonomic workstations, breakout furniture such as the versatile Boss Myriad modular seating, and acoustic pods for one-to-one meetings. To subtly divide the space without disrupting the open feel, we introduced suspended Lull panels - adding texture and pattern while softening acoustics and creating a sense of separation.
The Result
The finished office offers a dynamic, flexible workspace that supports both teamwork and privacy. Staff now enjoy a bright, comfortable environment with well-defined areas for different types of work. The combination of considered space planning, high-quality furniture, and subtle acoustic features has transformed the office into a functional and inspiring setting for Cransford’s continued growth.
