Following a successful collaboration with Legacy Wealth on their initial office renovation, we were excited to support their transition into a stunning city centre building. This project spanned over five floors, where we provided a comprehensive range of furniture and interior fitout solutions to create a sophisticated and upscale environment for their business.
We began the transformation by focusing on the reception area. Here, we installed a striking feature wall and branding elements to create a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and clients. Given the building's prominent location facing Chichester Street, feature lighting played a crucial role in enhancing the ambiance and visual appeal of the space. Carefully chosen lighting fixtures added a touch of elegance and sophistication. Throughout the building, we furnished meeting rooms with stylish tables and comfortable chairs. These well-appointed spaces provided Legacy Wealth's staff with ideal environments to host meetings and discussions. Wood slat materials were incorporated to complete the rooms, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication.
The canteen area was designed to offer a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for employees. We furnished it with Allermuir Axyl seating and tables, creating a soft and inviting environment where staff could relax and socialize. To enhance the flexibility of the open-plan workspace on various levels, we installed soft partitioning solutions. These partitions provided employees with the option to hold informal meetings or simply take a break away from their desks, promoting collaboration and comfort. As part of our comprehensive approach, we provided a storage and removal service to retain furniture from Legacy Wealth's previous office, ensuring a seamless transition and cost-efficiency.
