Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart building solutions, operating across multiple sectors worldwide. Their CEM division required an extensive workplace reconfiguration to accommodate growing teams and to support employees returning to the office after extended periods of home working.
The Challenge
The project involved planning and furnishing multiple floors to maximise efficiency and comfort. The space needed to cater for both individual focused work and collaborative activities, while also providing inviting areas where teams could reconnect and recharge. The design had to feel energised and modern, reflecting the company’s dynamic culture.
Our Solution
We delivered a comprehensive space planning service to create a functional, open layout tailored to the needs of the expanding workforce. The installation included ergonomic workstations, desks, chairs, storage solutions, and monitor arms for practical, everyday use. To encourage collaboration and social interaction, we also supplied breakout and collaboration furniture, incorporating vibrant pops of colour to create a lively, energised atmosphere that supports both work and downtime.
